1. What do I receive as a member of the Cosmetíque Beauty Club?
As a member of Cosmetíque Beauty Club, you’ll receive exciting, full-size cosmetics, treatment products and fragrances to fit every mood and occasion — all at savings of more than 50% off retail values, and all 100% guaranteed. 2. Is there a minimum number of collections I must purchase?
No, there is absolutely no minimum number of collections to buy. You pay only for those collections you decide to keep, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, and you may discontinue your membership at any time.

3. What if I want to change my color choices?
The colors you receive in your collection are the colors you chose when you first joined the Club. Cosmetíque is your club, so change is easy. You can try different colors whenever and as often as you like by updating your account online. Or call our toll-free number: 1-800-621-8822 Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (CT).

4. Can I change how often I receive a new collection?
Changing how often a new kit is shipped to you is easy — you choose the time period that fits your lifestyle and your budget. Just update your shipment cycle online, or call our toll-free number: 1-800-621-8822 Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (CT).

5. How do I return a collection?
Cosmetíque products all come with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you ever want to return a collection, remove the invoice from the envelope on top of the box and place the invoice inside of the box along with the cosmetics. Seal the box shut. Remove the envelope from the top of the box. Write “Continue” or “Cancel” on the box and drop it into any blue public mailbox. We will promptly credit your account or issue a refund once we receive and process your return.

6. What’s coming in my future Cosmetíque collections?
We promise that each new beauty collection will be a fun and wonderful surprise of high-quality cosmetics, treatment products and fragrances personalized to your color choices. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, so if you’re not 100% pleased with any collection, simply return it for full credit with no obligation.
